After a too short nap, Laney and Daddy headed out to a children's production of Beauty and The Beast. Considering our morning, I was a little concerned that Laney would be a wreck at the show. Laney yet again proved me ever so wrong and was delightful at the show and for the rest of the night. Daddy and Laney had a good little date and got to spend time doing 'big kid' stuff.
I stayed at home with the little guy, playing with mud in the backyard and then around the block, looking at and watching all of the cars, trucks and lawnmowers. I'm not quite sure what it is about little boys and any type of vehicles, but Elliot could sit outside and watch the cars and trucks go by all day. Elliot was pure sweetness.
