At the advice of a couple of friends, we tried a new beach today-Cave Rock. It was great---a little cove with lots of rocks to climb on and very shallow water. I love getting to the beach early when it's so quiet and still. Some of our friends met up with us later, and the kids had a great time.
Everytime I go to Tahoe, I love it a little more! I could look at the lake and the mountains all day.

glad you had fun. that is a fantastic beach. Man Im so jealous of your little daily adventures to Tahoe. I remember those days of only having two kids. when its was somewhat maintainable to get places and do things. now its a major effort to simply go to the store. Youre an inspiration to me. Im finally getting the guts do get out and do more, specially now that Spencer is a year old im finding more freedom but last year was pretty rough and spent many days cooped up in the house just surviving. Knowing you nothing will stop you. Youre one wonder mom. Glad you had fun. we'll have to go out this summer to the lake. A bunch of my girlfriends go up every Tuesday starting next week. We call it "Tahoe Tuesdays". You'll have to join us sometime.
